Step 1 - Getting approved
Congratulations you have decided to purchase a home, you have no doubt sat down and worked out your finances and decided to go ahead and make one of the biggest steps in your life, do not worry we are here to guide you through the process
 
We will help you assess your finances and talk you through the various options that are open to you, once you are you happy we will pre-apply a mortgage for you, basically its like a verbal agreement to say yes you can have a mortgage, and when you decide to go ahead we will have to verify some details at a later date.
 
Step 2 - Application form
Once you have been pre-approved we will need to know circumstances and perform a fact finding for you and help you complete a simple application form.
 
Step 3 - Referred to lender
Once we have gathered all the information and we have completed the application form, we will pass the details onto the mortgage lender, they will assess your financial situation and perform a credit check, this may leave a footprint on your credit history.
 
Step 4 - Approved
The mortgage lender will inform us whether or not you have been accepted, if you have you will be given a mortgage certificate which is valid for 3 months, if you were declined we will help you assess your financial situation and find out why.
 
Step 5 - Full application
Once you have identified the property you wish to purchase, we will need to fill in a full application for you and will need some documents of you i.e. wage slips utility bill and passport.
